Missing persons posts are sensitive. FoundAlerts applies a higher care standard than ordinary lost-item posts.
1. Not a substitute for authorities
Always contact local police / official helplines for emergencies. FoundAlerts can help community awareness; it does not replace formal reports.
2. Who should post
Preferably a family member, guardian, or authorized person. Strangers should avoid speculative posts that could harm privacy or safety.
3. Moderation
Missing person reports may start as pending until a moderator reviews them. We may limit public fields when risk of harm exists.
4. Minors
Posts involving children require extra caution and minimal public detail. Only authorized adults should create them.
5. No paid featured placement
By default, FoundAlerts does not sell featured placement that exploits missing persons cases.
